Stephanie Weisenberg is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) and a practicing attorney. She has been a student at the Yoga Institute for 19 years. Stephanie was drawn to the practice of yoga for its ability to help her maintain a healthy body and mind and attain balance and peace amidst change and the stressors of life. She enjoys motivating students to progress and experience the ease that comes from a committed yoga practice. Some of her favorite books include Autobiography of a Yogi, and the Bhagavad Gita.
