  • From Sarvangasana I, Keep buttocks lifted and bend your knees, pointing them straight up to the ceiling.
  • Move the tailbone in and roll your outer thighs in.
  • Extend your big toe mounds and bring your feet to floor.
  • Return to Salamba Sarvangasana then bring legs down to Halasana.
