The Yoga Institute is located on the second floor in the Pine Lake Professional Center which is a large brown building on the South side of Griffin Road just West of 100th Ave. and East of Flamingo Road.

Directions to yoga classes in South Florida

From Weston: Take Weston Road south to Griffin Road, make a LEFT on Griffin Road go east, past Flamingo Road approximately 1.25 miles. Pine Lake Professional Center is a large brown building on the right (south) side of the road.

From 595: Take 595 WEST, Exit Nob Hill and go south to Griffin Road; turn right (west) and pass the McDonald's. Pine Lake Professional Center is just past McDonald's. You must make a U turn at the light on SW 106th Ave. in order to get into the parking lot.
